the following states: IA, IL, IN, MI, MO, OH, and WI. Residential addresses require lift gate service which is an additional $85.00 charge. To qualify for free delivery, the shipping
address must have a truck level dock or the delivery must be to a freight terminal
hub (call us toll free to arrange hub delivery).
